The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sales is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties, exclusively because of the relationships they initiate on the internet, with respect to any online sales of Products offered on the Site.
By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges having reviewed the present terms and conditions of sales and expressly declares accepting them in their entirety without any reserves. These terms and conditions of sales shall prevail over any other conditions stated in any other documentation, the purchase act implying the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sales.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Sposabellaa reserves the right to refuse any order placed online or to cancel any order by a Client with whom a dispute related to the payment of a prior order is pending.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24 hours of the order submission to info@sposabellaa.com or else your order will be final and cannot be cancelled anymore.

Sposabellaa Prices are exclude shipping fees , Products arrive packaged in a secure box. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package.
Sposabellaa retail orders are exclusively made for our clients thus , all items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Our team will be coordinating with the client during the preparation of the order, guiding the client to choose the right size, answering all her questions, sending images of the order once ready, giving alterations advices if needed to avoid any misunderstanding and ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the client.
Upon receipt of invoice, the Customer must transfer 40% of the total bill, and 60% before delivery of the merchandise. For Retail orders , the customer must transfer 50% of the total bill, and 50% before delivery of the merchandise.
Each dress will come with a complimentary veil and extra fabric.
Special terms & conditions :
Orders placed at the exhibitions in April, will be delivered by October-November;
The minimum order quantity is 5 dresses;
Orders placed at the exhibitions in October, will be delivered by February-March;
Orders placed at any other time during the year will be delivered after 3 - 4 months;
Reorders will be delivered from 45 days to 2 months after;
For every extra meter to the train, it will be applied a charge of USD 300,00.
For long sleeves, it will be applied a charge of USD 150,00
Jordan is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
